What kind of warranty comes with my electronics?
All Sonnet products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened electronics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Welcome to Sonnet ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Are your products compatible with universal voltage standards?
